Should I hit the motorist?

Okay, here is the story, I was at a cross junction on a jammed morning. It is easier if you refer to the picture below.

orange line - road direction
blue line - the direction i was heading
purple line - direction the son of a ***** was heading

So, when it is my turn to go, I dodge right a little because the car was blocking the road. But it was an easy swift, and by the time I see my road ahead, I see this motobike heading head-on towards me in the middle of my lane??? With my slow morning reflex, I could only only stop my car a hope that the bike have time to sway away safely. But unfortunately, he did not manage to stop in time and he makes a long deep dent on my car. But he was save….fuuuuuu! Lucky Me. But after 5 sec of recovering from my state of shock, I notice that the bike just move on going away…all I got is BCE 5XXX??????

I think I save his life and I got nothing back other than a rm300 bucks bill which was caused by him.

If I could turn back time, should I hit the bloody motorist?
