Malaysian Blogger Sued by NST

Malaysian Blogger Jeff Ooi and Ahirudin bin Attan are being sued by NST for defamation.

I am not sure for the reason after reading a few post from the following:-

it even made news on Herald Tribune.

There is tones of Blogger Posting on this issue compile by Nike Wong.

NST have made a bad move and a move that couldn’t be undo now since it have waken a lot of blogger.

We should be allowed to blog whatever we can, if they can prove us wrong, they could ask us to remove that post. If you got nothing to hide, why scared of people saying bad thing about you. Right?

Although, I do not involve myself much in the political world of Malaysia (I think that it is complicated, especially Malaysia), I would love to see our blogger friends here winning the victory over NST, as you can see the logo on your right side of this page. They are like our leaders in the blogging world, leading the fight and leading the fall. Someone have to talk it out to the public. While most people wouldn’t dare to do that someone will have to do it, in order to find out about the truth that lies behind.

Bloggers plan:-

Form Blogger United – gathering bloggers/people who support free speech over the internet, even financially.
Get more international newspaper posting – to get justice from all around the world

      lets say for example!:-

you have a bribing situation with the police and you didn’t want to bribe but he is asking you to go police station and giving your more trouble if you do not do as he said

Do you think you have prove to blog about it later on? No! Is it a lie? No!

So you are illegal for posting something that you think is true but have no proof? So if they did not do them, why are they scared of people posting such situation?

It more stupid that you did not think of situation like that. Or you are lack of experience

this is just an EXAMPLE but it may happen and a lot of situation will fall into this scenario.
