If you are a fast driver and always taking the risk of getting a saman (ticket) from police and hoping that there will be no police hiding under the flyover to take you picture, you will be runing out of luck very soon.
I was just passing through Guthrie highway towards rawang on the 10th July, and the police have stopped the whole lane of the highway to test this expensive gadgets which they have plans to purchase.
For me myself, I have no problem with 110km/h speed limit. Only with Federal Highway, which I use at least twice every week, it is freaking 80km/h. Therefore, it would be making an average of 40km/h for left lane, 60km/h middle lane and 80km/h for right lane.
This is the most familiar of all, remember those days they have them on some cross junction to catch those who tries to beat the traffic light? They still have them, but it is no more functional.

A high camera
A short camera

ermm , this static camera is much better. im sure ppl at malsingmaps will tag this camera via gps location. everybody with malsingmaps maps will easily avoid this cam . buhahah
tagging this would be good…unfortunately i got not gps…but i will sure tag them on my mind for the road I commonly use
fixed location? nice, now i know exactly where to slow down. with the help of gps, i sometimes hesitant to slow time, and more often than not, there is no speed trap when i slowed down.
and, another way to waste rakyat money.
