It is clogged not because the accident is obstructing the traffic flow, but because drivers are slowing down to catch a glimpse of the vehicle's registration number. In my experience, I've seen a lorry carrying a whole load of bottled orange juice turned up-side-down and rolled all the way down the hill!! And all I could think of was: <i>"Oh my God, the orange juices!!! Waste a waste!!!"</i> The driver turned out to be ok tho.. not sure about the orange juices. :( Wah… lucky didn’t turn up-side-down all the way.
