If you are a reader of John Chow, you would know that he is always giving out contest, and I am actually trying to join everytime. The main reason to join is to have a post by John Chow, which announce the winner with a link to this blog. Also, 24″ widescreen LCD would be a huge plus plus.

Currently, he is holding a contest to promote the The Million Dollar Wiki. You get 5 entries if you buy using coupon code “JohnChow” to buy a page from Million Dollar Wiki for USD90 (a USD10 discount).

Multi-direction treadmill

Friday 17 August 2007 @ 10:39 am

All you heard and seen in your daily gym is just the forward moving treadmill. Take a look at this multi-directional treadmill (or omni-directional treadmill).

It seems a little dangerous since the guy is actually strap onto a rope from the top to prevent falling. But this would be a great practice and exercise. I usually get pretty bored on a treadmill and tends to run fast so that I could burn my calories fast and get over it. This may be a good alternative.
