Cialats, I found some termites in my Condo. I stayed 11th floor and still get termites. My previous experience with termites is actually pretty bad and I thought I escape it by staying at a Condiminium.

I did a lot of reading right after finding some termites. Google it of course. My advice is Do not look for more termites and start spraying them with sheildtox. You will kill them but you will also force them to move elsewhere. I started finding for more termites and started kill them before doing any reading. There is pros and cons which you could read here. But I understand a lot about termites after reading this termite website.

Later I found out that there is only two method which is used by professional pest control, which is Bait system and Drilling method in Malaysia. I called Rentokil and another pest control company (smaller company) as Rentokil offer both system and the other pest control offered Sentricon. But only found out that appartment only could use bait system as there is no where I could drill the chemical, and the price does not come cheap with Rentokil. Although my current pest control is cheaper, the price is above 1k, just see my money eaten by the termites.

Now I just have to hope that it works, if not all money will be wasted.
