Business Card Scanner

Today, I bought WorldCard Business Card Scanner. My name card was pilling and I seem to lose track of name cards because some a practically useless, some business related, investers, bankers, others are friends name card and much more. Instead of throwing all useless name card and get them mixed up with the relavant business card. I decided to buy a business card scanner. I like this Worldcard Office because it is very small and the software provided actually does a pretty good job sorting out the names, phone number, email, fax, address, company name and position.

I paid high price for this because business card scanner is not a common gadget here. You will get them around USD99 at amazon. I paid RM455 (approx USD142).

Here is the software interface.

You could arrange all contact in category and browse. Overall the software is pretty accurate in locating those information. Therefore all you need to do is some simple editing and categorizing them. In the future, it will save you tons of time.
