Is Wahlau.NET loading slowly?

It seems that Wahlau.NET is becoming very slow because of its hosting location. But when I check it with Website Speed Test, Wahlau.Net is the fastest! Since I have a few hosting account, I don’t know if I could continue to host with Steadfast for this website. Let me know what do you think of the speed as you may be experiencing a different speed in your location.
Wonder if streamyx has something to do with this slow loading speed, but other website seems to load pretty fast.

For weird reason, my pagerank is now gone. I come a long way from PR2 to PR3 then to PR4 down back to PR3. Now it has none. I have no paid link and all the links out there is either my website (work related, and my other websites) or friends website, which shows my link are legitimate. But I do have some link exchange with friends, that I doubt is penalizing me.
I did some research and it really shows that most website which I am link to or linked to me are having their Pagerank dropped, and Google is really tracing those who are buying/selling link and I am seeing a lot of old time bloggers losing their pagerank mostly because of paid links and review post. I strongly belief that those who are losing pagerank for disobeying Google are passing the chain reaction.
