Alternative to Mob Wars @ Facebook

There is too many clone or alternative application at Facebook that is very similar to Mob Wars. I have been playing Mob Wars quite a while and have written some good Mob Wars tricks and Mob Wars cheats to play this game in a strategic method.
Then I see Mafia Cities and Mafia Wars that carries the same few menu such as Hospitals, Fight, Cities, Stockpile etc etc….I felt that some of this are clone…but it might be that the application maker duplicate its software to capture more people at Facebook.

Are there any demand for Mafia Cities or Mafia Wars cheat? If there is huge demand searching for this, I would study the gameplay.
