The outlaw is 5 of your cars parked illegally at the same time on a single street. You get the badge as soon as you park the 5th car. No tickets are required for this badge (I know, because I just got this badge).

The night watch badge requires 12-1am Mountain Time. So for the East coast that would be 2am-3am, etc.

for the night watch it doesnt really have anything to do with what time it is for you all you need is to make sure itsa bettween 12am and 1am mountain time<< thats the big part ppl miss hope this helps

What time did you have to park your cars for night watch badge? I tried between 12 and 1, didn’t work. I have since tried every hour of the night. Nothing works! What time did you move your cars?
