Most populated and developed cities in the world would have subway as a easy way to travel around. But it is never recommended to have this ride during the rush hour. Here is Wahlau.NET list of world 8th most pack subways.
Germany
Beijing, China
With more than 17.4million people and 4 most dense cities in China, it is no wonder that their subway are packed.
Seoul, Korea
Melbourne, Australia
Singapore MRT
3rd most dense counter, there is definitely a lot of people using subway to get around.
Moscow, Russia Subway
Although I do not see the train, the amount of people walking and the escalator is filled. I assume the train will be very packed.
Mumbai, India
Without doors, you could actually fit more into a train and the turnover is faster as they hop of an on the train.
Tokyo, Japan
I am sure a lot would know that Japan will be in the list as Subway is their main source of public transportation
